About Me
In 2015, I moved to Peterborough and enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program at Sir Sandford Fleming College within the first year of living here. I have been practising Massage Therapy since 2018.
One of the goals of my practice is to use my knowledge of the human body and my experience in one to assist others in achieving their goals through education and an evidenced-based hands-on approach.
You may see me hiking, biking, canoeing or walking the dog in the area. I make sure to stay active in the winter as well; using those same trails for snowshoeing is a great way to make this happen.
When I am at home I like to keep busy in the garden and in my tiny wood shop. Physical work is great for my body and a great way to pass the time.
